Founded in 2016 under Bersama Bumi Niaga, Bersama Group began as a small partnership focused on used cars, insurance services and cleaning solutions. A major turning point came in 2019 when Hafizi Norizan, Founder left Sime Darby Auto Bavaria to establish Bersama Infiniti Sdn Bhd, marking Bersama’s strategic expansion into a comprehensive automotive ecosystem. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Bersama accelerated its growth with the formation of Bersama Motors Sdn Bhd in collaboration with ROTIKAYA, strengthtening its presence in Malaysia’s automotive and insuretech landscape through digitalisation and customer-centric solutions. 

From 2022 onwards, Bersama Group diversified further with the establishment of Bersama Capital Sdn Bhd, Coverline Sdn Bhd in partnership with Mekanika Malaysia and Koperasi Bersama Rakyat Berhad to drive inclusive economic participation. In 2025, Bersama Asset Management Sdn Bhd was formed as the ultimate parent company, overseeing investments and group expansion, followed by the launch of Bersama Media Sdn Bhd, producer of platforms such as The Tiger Show Podcast, Borak GengZ, Speedtrap.my and act as media agency / talent management that positioning Bersama as a growing force across automotive, finance, investment and media industries in Malaysia.
